Shipping Policy

We take great pride and care about the quality and efficacy of our products; we handcraft each item fresh, to order.

Lead Time:

Once you have placed your order(s) and it has been submitted, the order will be logged the following day.  All orders received on Friday after 3:00pm GMT are logged into the system the following Monday. The order processing and shipment begins on the day it was entered into our system, and does not include weekends, biblical holy-days (which will be confirmed with plenty notice) or major public holidays. In order to be fair to all of our customers, orders are processed in the order they are received.

I would like to state a little reminder that our natural wonderful products are handmade with Love & care which are sent to you fresh, so it is important to allow the required amount of time for processing (which is currently up to 10 business days for normal orders; up to 14 business days during holidays and/or wholesaler). We will do our best to ship products as quickly as possible. A shipping confirmation notice is e-mailed after orders are shipped. If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder.

Shipping:

Your Shemoóre products will be shipped using Royal mail or Hermes depending on the size and weight of the orders; this will be done at our location in Birmingham, United Kingdom. We strive to keep your shipping charges as low as possible.

Cancellations & Returns:
Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds (unless there is a manufacturing issue). We ask that you please select your products carefully as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Orders are entered into our system the day after you order, and processing begins.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If you have received a shipping notification, then your package has already been processed and cannot be cancelled.
